Director and largest shareholder of High Liner Foods Inc., a major North American marketer of seafood products (listed TSX); Mr. Hennigar is Executive Chairman of Thornridge Holdings Limited; Chairman of Annapolis Group Inc., a major real estate developer and Director of Envirosystems Inc., a leading environmental company.
He is Chairman of Landmark Global Financial Corporation (listed NEX); Chairman and Acting President of Aquarius Coatings Inc. (Listed TSXV) and Chairman of Grand River Ironsands Incorporated.
He is an investment advisor with Altus Securities Inc.
He is also a director of several other companies, including, SolutionInc Technologies Limited (listed NEX) and Medx Health Corp. (listed NEX) and Aquarius Surgical Technologies (CSE:ASTI).
Francis MacKenzie – Director and President

President and Director of Grand River Ironsands since 2007; a company who is the majority shareholder in the development of a US$400 million iron making plant, as well as owner of a mineral sands asset in Labrador.
Mr. MacKenzie is a builder and leader of public companies and has operated several businesses.
He was a senior official in municipal and provincial governments in economic development roles, including heading up Investment and Trade for the Province of Nova Scotia. He was Leader of a provincial political party.
He has raised over $40 million for companies he has been involved over the past 15 years and remains active in capital raising and financial markets.
He holds an EMBA ('92) from Saint Mary's University and a BBA from St. Francis Xavier University ('82).
